No. It uses optical (light-based) imaging, no radiation exposure.

Often 5–10 minutes for both arches, depending on your bite and comfort breaks.

The wand is slim and we scan in sections, which most patients find far more comfortable than traditional impressions.

Scans capture your teeth and bite in 3D, but X-rays may still be needed to see roots, bone, or unerupted teeth. We’ll recommend only what’s necessary.
